Infertility Case (Case Study)

 

 

Husband: 31 Yrs

Wife: 27 Yrs

Marital Life: 6 Yrs

Marital History: Good Bonding/ Adjustment/ Caring….Everything

Sexual History: Less Sexual Activity from the Beginning

First 6 Months of Married life Peno- Vaginal Penetration doesn’t occur, they Consult Gynaecologist & diagnosed as a Microperforate (Pinhole) Hymen.

Wife undergone Surgery for Vaginal Issues.

After the Surgery Intercourse was happen, but Wife complaining of not feeling Ejaculation during Intercourse. Again they consulted 2-3 Gynaecologist for Infertility                                       issues.Both Husband & Wife undergone many Investigations but all reports are normal.

Physical Examination: Husband had  inability to retract the skin (foreskin or prepuce) covering the head (glans) of the penis.

Diagnosis: PHIMOSIS

Management:

- Advice for Circumcision

- Planning Sex Therapy after Surgery
